Our Story
Built on Half a Century of Engineering Trust
Madkour Developments was founded as the real estate development arm of the Madkour Group — a multi-entity organisation with roots that stretch back over five decades across Egypt’s most ambitious infrastructure and construction projects.
The Madkour Group has participated in the construction of major roads, bridges, hospitals, commercial buildings, and residential compounds throughout Egypt. This is not a heritage we carry as a badge — it is a capability we deploy, actively and deliberately, in every development we bring to market.
When Madkour Developments was established, the mission was clear: leverage the Group’s integrated capabilities to create commercial real estate products that are categorically different from what the market offers — not just well-located or well-designed, but genuinely complete — engineered, managed, and technology-enabled from day one.
The result is MDK Business Complex — Egypt’s first open-business campus in the Financial District of the New Administrative Capital. Three interconnected buildings, a landscaped open-air patio and community plaza, and 380 units sized from 45 m² to 1,000+ m² — a campus built not just to occupy, but to thrive in.
